In diesem Filmausschnitt sehen wir den zweiten Teil der Reiteinheit von Katrin Rohrwasser mit der Stute Fancy Faye und Manuel Jorge de Oliveira. Zu Beginn wird die Stute im Trab in den Seitengängen geschmeidig gemacht. Hierbei werden die Schultern und die Hinterhand der Stute gelockert und gymnastiziert. Es findet zügig der Übergang zur Galopparbeit statt. Wir sehen den Galopp im Konterschulterherein und den Außengalopp auf beiden Händen. Anschließend wird die Reiterin auf der großen Tour (ganze Bahn) aufgefordert fliegende Galoppwechsel zu reiten. Hierbei werden die Wechsel mit dem direkten, inneren Zügel eingeleitet. Es kommt dabei darauf an, die Stute nicht auf die Vorhand kommen zu lassen, indem die Reiterin ihre Mittelpositur aufrecht erhält.

In this film clip, we see the second part of Katrin Rohrwasser’s riding session with the mare Fancy Faye and Manuel Jorge de Oliveira. At the beginning, the mare is made supple in the lateral movements at trot. This loosens and gymnasticizes the mare’s shoulders and hindquarters. The transition to canter work takes place quickly. We see the canter in the counter shoulder-in and the outside canter on both hands. The rider is then asked to ride flying canter changes on the big tour (whole track). The changes are initiated with the direct inside rein. It is important not to let the mare come onto the forehand by maintaining the rider’s center position.
