Konzentriert arbeiten die Kinder die Pferde auch in der Gruppe im Galopp. Wichtig ist es, das Pferd sauber am äußeren Zügel zu haben, der die Galopplaterale stärkt. Wir galoppieren das Pferd am äußeren Schenkel an, aber der innere ist nicht unwichtig – er kontrolliert sofort die Richtung und Geraderichtung des Pferdes. Auch im Team arbeiten die Reiterinnen bereits an fliegenden Galoppwechseln.
Der Außengalopp ist ein wichtiger Baustein in der Arbeit mit den Pferden. Auch die jungen Reiterinnen müssen daran bereits arbeiten. Über das Konterschulterherein, Schulterherein und Kehrtvolten im Trab arbeitet Anna die Pferde nun durch um diese bewusster auf den Schenkel zu machen, genauso wie die Reiter.

The children work the horses with concentration, even in the group at a canter. It is important to have the horse clean on the outside rein, which strengthens the canter laterals. We canter the horse on the outside rein, but the inside rein is not unimportant – it immediately controls the direction and straightness of the horse. The riders also work on flying canter changes as a team.
The outside canter is an important building block in working with horses. Young riders also need to work on this. Anna is now working the horses through the counter shoulder-in, shoulder-in and about-faces at trot to make them more aware of the leg, just like the riders.
